Forêt-Furieuse (2019), de Sylvain Pattieu, et Enfance d’un chaman (2017), d’Anne Sibran sont deux récits de la forêt au sens d’abord où celle-ci y occupe une place essentielle. Mais ce n’est pas la même place. De ces deux récits récents, on interroge la « nouveauté » en ce qui concerne le sens conféré à la forêt. Et au récit : avec quelle force celui-ci parvient-il à nous reconnecter avec le monde ?

Forêt-Furieuse (2019), by Sylvain Pattieu, and Enfance d’un chaman (2017), by Anne Sibran are two stories of the forest in the sense that it occupies an essential place. But it’s not the same place. Of these two recent works, we question the “novelty” with regard to the meaning conferred on the forest. And to the narrative : with what force does it manage to reconnect us with the world ?
